In recognition for 100 years of service we honor
La Mott Fire Company No. 1
Fall of 2010 commemorate the 100th anniversary of the La Mott Fire Company. The members of the station and township officials will celebrate this occasion on October 23rd at the Lulu Country Club.
LaMott Fire Company was founded in 1910 to serve the community residing in this section of Elkins Park. For a full history of the LaMott fire Company please click here. LaMott was founded as a volunteer company and remains a 501 (c)3 non-profit organization. This station runs 2 engines and maintains a special service vehicle as well as a chief's car.
